榆林能源科技职业学院是经陕西省人民政府批准、教育部备案，于2020年成立的一所全日制普通高等职业院校。学院坐落于国家级历史文化名城、陕甘宁蒙晋最具影响力的城市——陕西省榆林市，地处国家级高端能源化工基地及榆阳区现代农业产业园区，区位优势显著。

学院占地面积近500亩，校舍建筑面积21.6万多平方米，固定资产总值12亿元。学院师资力量较为雄厚，现有专任教师445人，其中副高级及以上职称72人，硕士以上学历（学位）127人。目前设有能源化工学院、智能工程学院、交通工程学院、医学院、现代服务学院5个专业二级学院，并设立了马克思主义学院、通识教育学院、二年制学院、创新创业学院4个特色发展平台。学院开设煤化工技术、智能网联汽车技术、护理、学前教育等涵盖能源化工、智能制造、现代交通、医疗卫生、教育服务等多个领域的20个专业，实行文、理、三校生兼收，三年制与五年制并行的培养模式。目前，在校学生总数达7148人，其中高中毕业的三年制学生6421人；初中毕业3+2学生727人。

学院办学条件坚实，注重实践教学。建有化工总控、工业机器人、新能源汽车检测、电钢琴等六十多个专业实训室，拥有校内实习基地6个，校外实习实训基地23个，教学设备总价值达5000万元以上，馆藏纸质图书60.3万册。

学院治理体系科学，创新性地构建了以理事会领导下的校长负责制为核心的“六位一体·五院四平台·1-2-3-4模式”的现代职业院校治理体系，确保办学方向正确，管理运行高效。

Yulin Energy Science and Technology Vocational College is a full-time general higher vocational institution approved by the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government and recorded by the Ministry of Education. Established in 2020, the college is located in Yulin City, a nationally renowned historical and cultural city and the most influential city in the Shaanxi-Gansu-Ningxia-Inner Mongolia-Shanxi region. It is situated in the National High-end Energy and Chemical Industry Base and the Yuyang District Modern Agricultural Industrial Park, enjoying significant geographical advantages.

The college covers an area of nearly 500 mu, with a building floor area of over 216,000 square meters and total fixed assets of 1.2 billion RMB. The faculty is relatively strong, with 445 full-time teachers, including 72 with associate senior or above professional titles and 127 with master’s degrees or higher. The college currently consists of five specialized secondary colleges: the School of Energy and Chemical Engineering, the School of Intelligent Engineering, the School of Transportation Engineering, the School of Medicine, and the School of Modern Services. Additionally, it has established four distinctive development platforms: the School of Marxism, the School of General Education, the Two-Year College, and the School of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Currently, the total number of enrolled students is 7,148, including 6,421 three-year students from senior high school and 727 “3+2” students from junior high school.

The college has solid educational conditions and emphasizes practical teaching. It has built over 60 specialized training rooms, including chemical process control, industrial robotics, new energy vehicle testing, and electronic pianos, as well as 6 on-campus practice bases and 23 off-campus training bases. The total value of teaching equipment exceeds 50 million RMB, and the library holds 603,000 paper books.

The college’s governance system is scientific and innovative, featuring a modern vocational college governance system centered on the president responsibility system under the board of directors, known as the “Six-in-One, Five Colleges and Four Platforms, 1-2-3-4 Model,” ensuring correct educational direction and efficient management.
